Bri Sarikcioglu

Actor | Singer-Songwriter (but really, though.)

Bri is a pop/soul singer-songwriter and actor based in Los Angeles. The granddaughter of a lyrical soprano and daughter of a former Jazz radio host and bassist, she grew up listening to everything from RUSH to show-tunes to bubblegum pop. She considers Anne Wilson (Heart), Sia, Celine Dion, Amy Winehouse, Idina Menzel & Etta James to be her greatest vocal influences to name a few.

While earning her BFA in Acting at Wesleyan, she studied legit technique under the instruction of Harold Meers (Metropolitan Opera) and has applied it to the soulful styles she sings today. She is otherwise self-taught.

You can catch her singing pop, standards & originals every Wednesday at the Rodeo Lounge in Beverly Hills and every Sunday at the Luxe Hotel Sunset in Bel Air. She also sings regularly at the Kimpton Everly Hotel (Hollywood), Rooftop 360 (Beverly Hills), Sassafras Saloon & Edwin Mills (Pasadena). For performance dates & updates, follower her on Instagram: @brioglu.

She released an EP "Bri" in October 2017 and is currently in the studio recording new material set to be released early 2019. "The new material I'm working on is a fusion of soundtrack-style production and soulful vocals. It focuses on storytelling and creating a deep, visceral ambiance."

In addition to pursuing music, Bri is set to perform a supporting role in the upcoming film Closure and later star in a feature film (TBA) March 2019. This will be her first major leading role, though she has been working in the industry on and off since her move to LA. She has also been commissioned to write and perform music on the soundtrack.
